About
I am Mrs. Johnson, and I will be your child’s Pioneer teacher for their sixth grade year. The sixth grade has class all day Wednesday. I am in my office for planning on Friday mornings.
On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons I am a counselor for WIS.
I am a Willard graduate and attended the district K-12. I received my undergrad degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in middle school education from Missouri State University. I taught 7th grade math and 8th grade English in what used to be called the Junior High building for three years. I then had my first child and stayed home for nine years to be a full-time mom. I returned to teaching in 2007 part-time with the Pioneers program and finishined my Masters in School Counseling at Evangel University May 1, 2009. I attended Drury for their Masters program in Gifted Education.
I have been married for fifteen years and have four children. I enjoy spending time with my family, scrapbooking, flower gardening, reading and being outside.
